A Kiss, A Sacrifice
Autumn's kisses mingle here with trembling New Spring's madness
My throat is set upon the stone, At Winters table, supped too long
Witches singing in the woods with Violina's weeping songs
Pouring wine upon the ground and calling blood red roses home
Your craz'ed music beckons me from cold and sweating shadows now
This storm laced night when sirens cry and death and birth are unified
Sweet demon's spoonful offered up, cherished pure and sacred dram
Destroying lies and truths grown weary, faithful failings killed this land
My bloody heart beats wild and craving, waiting for the storm to come
Sweep away these dying embers, I give myself to Summer's Crown

a plea for reason, a cry from the mists..
You are surrounded by it
blazing glory crowns your head
every drop of liquid light
burns in suicidal abandon
for your eyes to see
for your ears to hear
open your eyes my friend
let the wonder of the glorious world
spill into your hollow heart
you have emptied the cup
now let the light of the carnival
fill you to overflowing
let the old masters keep their beads
you have the seeds and leaves
these prayers grown inch by inch
fall directly to ears of the Gods
every moment a meditaion
every breath a chant of glory
Do not let petty anger
cloud your seekers' eyes
tear away Perception's veil
See with your divining eye
wrap your soul with these words
shod your feet in dreams
